  • If a task cannot be completed on time, everyone helps across all departments according to their abilities.
  • Our products comply with all statutory safety regulations.

  • Decisions on activities and processes are made jointly by the respective teams.
  • In matters that are binding under trade law, the approval of the managing director under trade law is obtained.
  • If a team member wants to make a suggestion, has something to say or ask, they call a meeting.
  • We want unanimous decisions, but unanimous decisions (with abstentions) are also fine.
  • If a decision is also important for other teams, the author of this decision informs the other teams.
  • Sometimes majority decisions cannot be avoided.
  • If a majority decision is reached, the outvoted minority explains whether it can support the decision.
  • If a majority decision is reached, the outvoted persons who can support the compromise inform the other teams concerned.
  • If no decision is reached, the management is involved.
  • The management tries to reach a solution as described above.
  • If the management does not reach an agreement with the team either, it is their task to decide.
  • In matters that are binding under commercial law, the approval of the managing director under commercial law is also obtained.
